CONFIRMEDOn 22 January 2026, Recruit Holdings (TSE: 6098) announced the sale of RGF International Recruitment Holdings (RIR) and RGF Talent Solutions Japan K.K. to Fullcast Holdings (TSE: 4848) for a total of ¥1.2 billion (¥609 million for RIR + the separately disclosed RGF Talent Solutions Japan transfer). The deal closed on 1 April 2026. Recruit cited a strategic pivot toward AI- and machine-learning-driven domestic placement. RGF Executive Search Japan continues to operate from Toranomon and Osaka under its existing brand and leadership; the change is at the parent-company level.
