recruiters.fyi is created and maintained by ExecutiveSearch.AI K.K. (株式会社ExecutiveSearch.AI), a Tokyo-based software company that builds Headhunt.AI, an AI recruiting platform for recruiters in Japan.
Sourcing methodology
Every factual claim on this site carries a source label. All information is compiled from public sources; despite verification, errors and out-of-date information are possible.
- CONFIRMED Primary source: company filings, regulator records (MHLW recruiting license registry, Japanese corporate registry), official press releases, earnings transcripts, and statements on the firm's own website.
- REPORTED Credible secondary source: business journalism, analyst reports, industry trackers. Where multiple secondary sources converge on a claim, we treat it as reported.
- ANONYMOUS Anonymous review platforms (Glassdoor, OpenWork, Reddit, 5ch). Treat as sentiment, not fact. We paraphrase recurring themes across multiple reviews. We do not quote individual reviews verbatim. We never identify named individuals using anonymous content.
Where a claim cannot be sourced, it does not appear on the site.
What this directory is not
Not a ranking. We do not assign tiers, scores, or watchlist status. Glassdoor and OpenWork numbers appear because they are facts about how the firms are perceived publicly — not because we endorse them as evaluative metrics.
Not a recruiting platform. We do not place candidates here, do not collect resumes, and do not run job ads. Buyers wanting to engage a firm should contact the firm directly using the website or email on the firm's profile.
Update cycle
Earnings, leadership, and structural items are updated as they emerge. Quick-facts and license numbers are re-verified quarterly. Compensation ranges and qualitative themes are reviewed annually. Each profile shows its last-updated date in the sidebar.
